John Scanlon MBA, LSSMBB
Stonepath Business Solutions is led by John Scanlon, an executive-level operational excellence and continuous improvement leader with more than 20 years of experience driving transformation across multi-site manufacturing, automotive, and service organizations.
John is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has trained and certified more than 600 professionals across all belt levels. He has developed accredited Lean Six Sigma curriculum, coached executives and managers, and led enterprise-wide initiatives that have delivered significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce performance.
Throughout his career, John has held leadership roles with organizations including US Army National Guard, VSPOne, Luxottica, Republic Services, and Waste Management, where he was responsible for large-scale operations, multi-site transformations, and substantial financial and operational improvements.
John holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University. John is currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration with a Lean Six Sigma concentration at Liberty University. His applied doctoral research examines how manufacturers align workforce development with the adoption of advanced digital technologies, the same challenge at the center of Stonepath's Manufacturing Excellence programs. Findings from this research directly inform how Stonepath helps clients close the gap between technology investment and workforce readiness.
